2251250 - Is it possible to hide the username from Job requisition filter options? - Recruiting Management

When searching for users in Filter Options for the job requisition summary page, the username is shown in brackets. Is it possible to hide the username from the Filter Options?

Yes - if you don't want to show the username in the Filter Options for the Job requisition summary page, you can contact Cloud Product Support in order to hide the username from the auto-complete search.

The Implementation Partner / Cloud Product Support Engineer can check the option "Hide (user name) in the UI" from the back-end of your system (Provisioning > Company Settings). When this option is checked, the auto-complete will display Location and Department instead of the username.

Please also note that currently it is only possible to select one user in each Operator field. There is an open enhancement request created to potentially allow customers to add additional users. Please see the following request.
