2251343 - Agency Portal - Change date format - Recruiting Management

Symptom

  • Is it possible to change the date format on the Agency Portal if you are using a language that does not have "yyyy/mm/dd" as default?

Environment

  • SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) - All versions

Resolution

At the moment, this is not possible to be accomplished, the date format is hard coded on the Agency Portal and cannot be translated via 3 Tier Language Packs.
