2251372 - How to Delete Unused Keywords from a Model - SAP PD

Symptom

How do you delete Keywords from a model?  We have the following scenario:

  1. In a PDM, create a table, enter 123456 in the Keywords field (General tab)
  2. click OK
  3. For the same table, replace Keyword 123456 with 7891234
  4. click OK

You might think that there are no more instances of the Keyword 123456 in use / existence. But during the Check In to the repsoitory, the changes window will show that 2 Keywords will be added, 7891234 and the unwanted 123456. I know of no way to delete unwanted Keyword values, or even see the list of Keywords.
