Symptom

  • Upgrading a SAP Netweaver based system using the Software Update Manager, the upgrade fails in phase RUN_RSCPFROM_CRR_UPTIME
  • SAPupConsole.log shows the error
    Severe error(s) occurred in phase
    MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHD2_RUN/RUN_RSCPFROM_CRR_UPTIME!
    Last error code set: Batchjob 'RSCPFROM_CRR' with id '12345678' aborted
