2251425 - How to Validate if Foundation Import (User, Permission, and Corporate Structure Sync) is Working - Onboarding 1.0

• How to confirm if User Sync is successfully fed to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 ?
• How can I know if Permission Sync is running?
• Does our Company, Division, Department, and Location Sync is working?

The steps mentioned below will helpyou confirm if the Foundation Import (User, Permission, and Corporate Structure Sync) is working or not.

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding 1.0 > Settings > Audit Trail
2. Set the Event Date and Time
3. Clear the value in the Type field
4. Input INTEGRATION in Event Code
5. Click Apply Filter to generate the report, see image below for visual assistance
   
   
   
6. In the report generated, below events will show with Object ID of SuccessFactorsUserImport
   
   
1. INTEGRATION_PROC - The first event will show that the Foundation Import has been uploaded and will be processed
2. INTEGRATION_PROC - Every 10,000 records loaded successfully will show import success
3. INTEGRATION_FAIL - This will show if there's an error with the user being synced or database
4. INTEGRATION_COMP - This event will show after INTEGRATION_PROC successfully processed all users
