2251451 - Order Number is not getting generated for users via the Registration Connector

Order Number is not getting generated for users while registering them into classes using the Registration Connector. However, if the same user is registered into the same class with a price via the Learning Administration UI users are getting registered with a order number.

1. Register any user to a class with a price via the Registration Connector
2. After the connector runs successfully go to the class and check the Registration Financial Details tab
3. Notice the user does not have any Order Number
4. Now Register a user into the same class via the Learning Administration UI
5. After the user is registered go to the Registration Financial Details tab and see the user has a order number.

The Registration Connector does not support commerce functionality in the system, so the Order Number will not be generated for users using the Registration Connector.

Alternatively you can use the import data tools to register the user in the class which will generate the Order Number.

In order to navigate to the import data tool, please follow the below steps

1. Login to Learning Administration 
2. Go to System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data
3. Select the Entity Type as Registrations.
