2251666 - Add to Learning History: grayed out button/not visible for managers or the class has not yet ended message

• Learning admin goes to a class and attempts to record the learning for a user but the "Add to Learning History" option is grayed out.
  
  
• Learning admin goes to Manager User Learning > Add Learning History for Multiple Courses and receives an error: "You cannot add a history record for the following class, as it has not yet ended".
• The "Add to Learning History" button is not visible for some subordinates when a manager accesses "My Team".

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Learning admin side > Learning Activities > Classes >
2. Search and access the desired class >
3. Actions > The "Add to Learning History" option is grayed out.

or

1. Log in as a manager in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
2. Click on "My Team".
3. Select a subordinate and observe the learning entity.
4. Note that the "Add to Learning History" button is not present for certain training items.

• The end date of the class might be in the future and the Learning system is not configured to allow the Learning admin to record learning for classes which have started but not yet ended.

Or

• The learning entity must be present in the subordinate's library for the "Add to Learning History" button to be visible to managers.

In Learning admin side, click:

1. System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings >
2. Global Application Settings tab > Search for "Add to Learning History prior to the class end date" >
3. Check the box > Apply Changes.

Or

 Ensure that the learning entity is present in the subordinate's library for the "Add to Learning History" button to be visible.
