2251933 - Error Template when Sending an E-mail Blast

Symptom

While trying to send an Email Blast in a Target Group, system throws the following error message.

  1. Please add a language to the Template.
  2. Unknown file.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Marketing work center;
  2. Click on Target Group;
  3. Select XYZ ( XYZ represents the ID of the Target Group);
  4. Go to E-mail Blasts tab;
  5. Click on New;
  6. Try to add the Template;
  7. Error message occurs.

Cause

The Template needs to be added in the system before sending an E-mail Blast.

Resolution

To add the Template, Just follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Service work center;
  2. Click on Templates;
  3. Add your Template.
