2252038 - Manage Employee Portal Not Re-directing to Employee Portal from Admin Center in Onboarding

Symptom

  • Unable to access Employee Portal from Admin Center.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to HCM Suite.
  2. Navigate to Admin Center Click on Onboarding - Manage Employee Portal.
  3. You will be re-directed to Onboarding home page instead of Employee Portal.

Cause

Incorrect configuration in Super Admin.

Resolution

  • A key needs to be added/updated in Super Admin.
  • This needs to be done by the ONB operations team. An internal JIRA is required.
  • Create and case in the SAP Support Portal requesting the below KEY be added:

Add the Key=XpressHR.EmployeePortal and Value= link to employee portal i.e https://ep-stage-onboardingxx.successfactors.com/ONBPREM/CompanyID

  • If key is present and still the issue occurs, you need to make sure the value (EmployeePortal site URL) provided is correct.
