2252085 - Duplicate columns/Fields in Exported user Data file

Symptom

  • Duplicate columns exists when user data file is exported from the system.
  • When we export the User Data file, we notice that columns are duplicated.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Admin tools
  2. Update User Information
  3. Employee Export
  4. Open the file and notice some duplicate fields.

Cause

The duplication of fields in the data model is likely causing duplicate columns in the user data file.

Resolution

There two ways to check the configurations.

  1. Download the Succession Data Model from Provisioning backend system and validate the file.
    - Only Partners & Customer Support have access to provisioning backend tool, please reach out to your Partner or Customer Support to check for you.
