2252591 - Error 13 unable to connect to Maximo

Symptom

When attempting to connect a device running Work Manager or Inventory Manager for Maximo against an Oracle database, you receive the following error:

  • Server error - please contact your administrator (13)

In the Agentry events.log file you see the following error on application load:

  • EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION, 00000000683F7106, 0, R, 00000000000000D8, sqlBE.cpp#1414:DbConnectionPoolMgr::create
