2252613 - Infected with Signal 10 (SIGBUS) in ct_con_props() - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • User session terminates unexpectedly while executing an RPC.
  • The session had previously tried to use the "connect to" command to a server that didn't support remote connections.
  • ASE errorlog contains an infected with signal 10 error in the ct_con_props() function.
  • Stacktrace contains the following functions:
     
    ct_con_props()
    omni_ct_close()
    omni_passthru_handler()
    omni_language_handler()
