Symptom

  1. Score summary report does not return legacy migrated data
  2. Score summary report does not return result for items that are in user's learning history

Environment

Learning Management System

Resolution

  1. As per system design only those items that are "Launched" by users in LMS will appear in the score summary report.
  2. Any item that is marked complete for user through record learning will not be returned in Score summary report
  3. Migrated data will not be returned in score summary report
