2252956 - Missing Product Specification ID Field in the Purchase Order Migration Template or Excel Upload

You can see a standard field called Product Specification ID & Product Specification Description in the purchase order view. However you cannot find this field in the migration template or Excel Upload for the purchase order document.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view and select Open Activity List
3. Navigate to Prepare tab and select All Activities
4. Select the activity Prepare for Data Migration and Open
5. Select the link Download Migration Templates
6. Under Transaction Data, you can find the Purchase Orders
7. Select Download and Save the file to desktop
8. In the migration template, you cannot see the above fields Product Specification ID & Product Specification Description

or

1.Go to Purchase requests and order work center

2.Go to Purchase orders view

3.Click on new and choose import from Microsoft excel

4.In the excel, you cannot see the  fields Product Specification ID & Product Specification Description

In the current release of ByDesign Product Specification Id details are not supported in the migration templates or Excel Upload.

This is a new requirement and will be available in a future release of SAP Business ByDesign.
