2253063 - Recruiting Users See Job Requisitions in the Performance History Portlet

Symptom

When recruiting users review the Performance History portlet in employee profile, job requisitions are showing instead of performance forms.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into system as a recruiting user
  2. Search for a user
  3. Review their Performance History portlet and see job requisitions instead of performance forms

Cause

The Show/Hide checkbox is not checked for the process in Processes and Forms

Resolution

  1. Verify what process is being used for the portlet:
    1. Navigate to Admin Center > Employee Files > Configure People Profile
    2. Select General Settings > Under Include talent data from this process, note the option selected
  2. Enable the Show/Hide checkbox for this process:
    1. Navigate to Admin Center > Reporting and Analytics > Processes and Forms
    2. Locate the process and enable the Show/Hide checkbox
    3. Select Save
