2253115 - JCO RFC server threads are in [DOWN] state in SLD

Symptom

While checking the SLD JCO server status from SLD UI -> Administration -> Details -> "Data Suppliers" the following is perceived:

JCO RFC server threads:
  [DOWN] NUC:localhost_sapgw00_SLD_NUC_1417106731
  [DOWN] UC :localhost_sapgw00_SLD_UC_1278293038
  [DOWN] NUC:localhost_sapgw00_SLD_NUC_1220194391
  [DOWN] UC :localhost_sapgw00_SLD_UC_910059923

The JCO RFC server threads could not start on the gateway, which is assigned to the SLD.
