2253115 - JCO RFC server threads are in [DOWN] state in SLD

Symptom

While checking the SLD JCO server status from SLD UI -> "Administration" -> "Details" -> "Data Suppliers" the following is perceived:

JCO RFC server threads:
  [DOWN] NUC:localhost_sapgw00_SLD_NUC_1413123432
  [DOWN] UC :localhost_sapgw00_SLD_UC_1678093338
  [DOWN] NUC:localhost_sapgw00_SLD_NUC_1230123491
  [DOWN] UC :localhost_sapgw00_SLD_UC_9182599234

The JCO RFC server threads could not start on the Gateway which is assigned to the SLD.
