2253198 - User Accounts set Inactive

When Administrator view the Attributes of Business User account of user ABC, the following information messages are displayed -

The user ABC is inactive and the default security policy is assigned as a proposal. To activate the user, click Save.
The user ABC is inactive and the validity dates are proposed values that you can change. To activate the user, click Save.

Thus, User ABC is unable to login to system due to Inactive status.

1. Go To Application and User Management Work Center
2. Go To User and Access Management -> Business Users
3. Find User ABC -> Edit -> Attributes
4. Information(i) Messages are dispalyed at the bottom of the screen

For every hired employee, a user will be created and it will be in "Inactive" state untill the administartor specifically goes to the "Edit Attribute" screen for the concerend user and clicks on save after making changes (if required). 

To make life easy for the administrator, system proposes the "Valid to" and "Valid From" date along with the "Security Policy" for the user ABC.

This is neccessary because making all the existing users active by default can impact the billing for the customer.

This is expected system behavior.

Administrator has to activate the user ABC by saving the data along with the validity.
