2253292 - VLS Error Code: All meetings must be unlisted

When creating a Webex enabled Class or adding Webex to an existing class, the following error is seen:

The meeting could not be updated on the VLS server. Please try again later or note the error code and contact your VLS administrator.

The Webex Training Center site you are attempting to schedule the session has “All meetings must be unlisted” enabled. When enabled, all sessions must be created as unlisted meetings (not visible on the public Webex calendar).

There are two options available to correct this issue:

1. Update the Webex VLS Connector configuration file to include ‘listing_type’ is “UNLISTED”

2. Alternatively, the “All meetings must be unlisted” setting can be disabled in Webex. To access this, log in to WebEx site using administrator account. Click on “Site Administration” link and then on “Site Settings” link. Find the “All meetings must be unlisted” option, uncheck it and then click the “Update” button.

Note: Webex may change their interface and navigation to this setting at any time. Please consult with Webex Support if assistance is required on finding “All meetings must be unlisted”
