2253292 - VLS Error Code: All meetings must be unlisted - LMS

Below Error is seen when adding the VLS option to a Scheduled Offering:

The meeting could not be updated on the VLS server. Please try again later or note the error code and contact your VLS administrator.

VLS Error Code: All meetings must be unlisted

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

The WebEx site you are attempting to schedule the session has “All meetings must be unlisted” enabled.

This means all scheduled sessions must be created as unlisted meetings (not visible on the public WebEx calendar).

There are two options available to correct this issue.

1. Update the WebEx VLS Connector configuration file to include ‘listing_type’ is “UNLISTED”

2. Alternatively, the “All meetings must be unlisted” setting can be disabled in WebEx. To access this, log in to WebEx site using administrator account. Click on “Site Administration” link and then on “Site Settings” link.

Find the “All meetings must be unlisted” option, uncheck it and then click on the “Update” button.
