Autocomplete of employee name is not working in Filter options of 360 Executive Review

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi Rater

Go to Performance > 360 Executive Review > Filter Options > Search by Employee Name > Type any employee name > Auto search of employee name's does not return results in the drop down.

Ideally Employee names should be pulled up as we start typing the alphabets. The related names should be pulled up. However, Autocomplete is not working.

Go to Admin Center > Platform Feature Settings. Search for the option "Hide Username in the UI". You will notice that this is checked.

To resolve the issue, please Uncheck this option.

Note: Ensure that you have permissions to Platform Feature Settings. Please refer to KBA 2251324 - How to enable Platform Feature Settings
