2253593 - Interest rate is 0 in cashflow for variable interest

While create/edit an interest rate instrument with variable interest rate (FTR_CREATE)/FTR_EDIT, the nominal interest rates shows as ZERO or different with rate in T-code: OB83.

Symptom 1

Issue in FTR_CREATE: interest rate 10 is not updated in cash flow.

 

Symptom 2

Issue in FTR_EDIT: interest rate 0.18 is updated to cash flow, but in OB83 the rate is 10.
