Saving a report in PDF format

In Crystal Reports, open the report.
Under the menu "File", select "Export - Export Report"
In "Export", select the format: "PDF"
Select the Destination: "Disk file"
Click "OK"
In "Export options", click "OK"
Select the location where you want the generated PDF file to be saved, and click "Save"

General Information

Ensure you have the font installed on your server, and the font can be embedded, otherwise it will be substituted by another font.
