Note: This becomes an issue if the initial decision was to make HCM (on-premise) system as master data system, but successfactors BizX suite is made to go-live first.
Issue: SAP SuccessFactors system is already live and used but the users for some module. Now SAP HCM system is stable and ready to be integrated with SFSF so data can be synchronized.
When initially successfactors users where created their Usernames were in Upper and lowercase like ‘Cgrant’, when the same user is sent from SAP HCM system through the Add-On content the username comes to BizX as ‘CGRANT’.
This creates a new username for the existing user ID.
