2253852 - E-mail Address With Special Characters is Not Valid

You are trying to use a special characters in email address field and the error messagem Email Address is not valid appears.

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Click on New.
4. Try to add an E-mail address with a special character.
5. Error message appears.

Special characters need to be allowed on the system.

This can be done following the below steps:

1. Go to the Business configuration work center.
2. Click on Implementation Projects view.
3. Open Fine Tune activity.
4. Search for the activity Address Checks and open it.
5. Mark the checkbox.
6. Save.

Result: The system will not trigger the email check anymore , you will be able to add this emails without any error message.
