Error while trying to view Pay Statement in Successfactors EmployeeCentral System:

There’s a problem with the Employee ID. Check if the employee information was added to the system & try again. If it continues, please contact your Admin

Employee hasn´t been replicated to ERP/ECP system.

Please verify following settings, which might be a potential root cause for the problem:

1. Check the table PAOCFEC_KMAPCOMC and verify to what BUKRS the legal entity associated with the affected employee is mapped

2. Check the table PAOCFEC_EEKEYMAP/ECPAO_EE_KMAP and verify if employee's entry exist for following in the ERP system:

Employee ID

Employment ID

BUKRS: [mapping result of legal entity XXXX to BUKRS of table PAOCFEC_KMAPCOMC]

3. Go to transaction SFW5 and search for business function HCM_SFEC_MDEC2HR. Verify that this business function is not activated.

NOTE: The function HCM_SFEC_MDEC2HR decides what mapping table for the employee is used to access the payslip. If it is activated then the mapping table HRSFEC_D_EEKEYMP of the EA-HR-XX codeline is used for the employee. If it is deactivated then the table PAOCFEC_EEKEY_MAP of the PASEIN is used. As it is deactivated in the production system.

To ensure that the correct mapping table is used for the payslip it needs to be deactivated if you are using PASEIN.
