• Promotion jobs remain in pending status for long time.
• Promotion management jobs not running after update to BI 4.1 SP6.
• Run the following query in Query Builder:
• SELECT * FROM CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS WHERE SI_NAME = 'LCMSchedulingService' and found SI_CONFIG is 0 in non-working environment, it should be 1 in working environment.
• AJS properties page shows "This service has no configuration property" under Promotion Management Scheduling Service.
