How to modify an existing Picklist?

This KBA is about modifying an existing picklist. If you need to also add a new Picklist, you need to do it separately.

1. In Admin Center, select Picklist Management
   
   
   
   
2. Select "Export all Picklist(s) and press submit:
   
   
   
   
3. Open the file and modify the existing picklist:
   
   
4. If you want to remove one Picklist or a part of it, change the status from ACTIVE to OBSOLETED or DELETED (to delete it for good, but it will remain in the file):
   
   
   
   
5. If you want to add a picklist value, in this example we want to add “Outside Europe” to the Picklist “relocate”, it would look as follow: (do not add OptionId, the system will generate it)
   
   
   
   
6. Once you have finished with your changes, save the .csv file.
   
   
7. Upload the file in the system and make sure to select "Are all the Pick Lists new? NO"
