2254501 - Error - when user accesses compensation statement they get error: The requested operation is not available: Access Denied Error - Compensation

When employees are trying to access their compensation statements they get an error:

The requested operation is not available.
This problem is due to the following reason(s):
Access Denied Error

• Compensation
• Variable Pay

From the Public Profile -> Compensation Statements -> and click on any compensation statement and receive the following error:

The requested operation is not available.
This problem is due to the following reason(s):
Access Denied

They have the permissions to view and use to be able to view them in the past.

• If you are sure your user permissions are correct, and this was working previously, but now started to see this error, please work with Cloud Product Support
