2254571 - Error: The e-mail address must be unique

When trying to save a duplicate e-mail address in a LMS user record, system shows error message "The e-mail address {{0}} must be unique."

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Login as LMS admin and open a user record
2. Input an e-mail address of another user
3. Click Save button
4. Receive error "The e-mail address {{0}} must be unique."

The e-mail address was used for a Plateau Talent Gateway user.

A Plateau Talent Gateway user should have unique e-mail address and therefore the same e-mail cannot be used in another user record again.

1. Navigate to the user record that faced the "The e-mail address {{0}} must be unique." error.
2. Click View All
3. Find the Plateau Talent Gateway Access field
4. Change the field from Yes to No

The Plateau Talent Gateway User is also called Plateau Talent Profile which is no longer supported.
