2254895 - The tag [HRIS_ACTION] is not translating as expected or is showing incorrect values in Email Notifications.

• The tag [HRIS_ACTION] is not translating as expected in Email Notifications.
  It sometimes appears in a different language than the rest of the email.
• It displays the wrong values, sometime showing different values between the subject line and mail body.

Employee Central - Workflows

The [HRIS_ACTION] tag is no longer supported in EC V2.

The tag [HRIS_ACTION] does not translate from the language the action is initiated in. If the email is translated to a different language, the [HRIS_ACTION] tag, will not change.

Instead [EVENT_REASON] should be used for email templates.

[EVENT_REASON] should translate as you expect it to.

These tags can only be changed for HRIS elements Job information and Compensation Information. All other HRIS elements pull from hard coded tables and are non-editable
