Pay Component field drop down list is empty for MDF object Recurring Deduction:

Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to Admin Center > Manage data > create new Recurring Deduction -:
- Pay Component drop down list is empty
- Pay Component drop down is also empty when navigating to user employment information > Take Action > Change job and compensation info and selecting compensation.
- Navigate to Admin tools > Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures > select Pay Component
- Select any of the Pay Components you are expecting to see here and review the field called “Recurring”
All of the Pay Components "Recurring" flag were set to “No”, therefore they did not appear as options when trying to create a Reccurring Deduction.
If this field is set to Yes, they will show in the Pay Component drop-down in Recurring Deductions:
