2255068 - Search and select When adding Compentcies in a Job Requisition

When attempting to add competencies in a job requisitions using keyword the "type ahead" is not populating and competencies are not visible or delayed in populating 

Recruiting Management

1.  Go to the recruiting tab- navigate to job requistions.

2.  Create new or edit existing requisition and after selecting add new competencies add any letter in keyword box.

3.  Competency selections do not generate and/or are delayed in  the visibility when added to the requisition.

This was caused by a defect.

This was a defect fixed by engineering in the 1511 release.  ( 28697)  Competencies are now populating as expected with type ahead and saving when selected.
