This SAP note answers the most frequently asked questions while running the report RFIDYYWT for country Thailand.

Solution

1) While executing the report RFIDYYWT one is getting "no records selected Message no. 7Q702”?
    Please check that all the customizing is done as per note: 1090637 - Thailand-Withholding tax certificate numbering, RFIDYYWT
    Also please check that for the given document field reference key 3 (BSEG-XREF3) is not blank (Note: 618918).

2) When one should generate the certificate number i.e. either at the time of document posting or Withholding tax reporting?
    The certificate number will be generated at the time of report (RFIDYYWT) not at the time of posting,
    So, “No certificate number" needs to be selected while configuring withholding tax type.

3) Why forms IDWTCERT_TH_1 and IDWTREPT_TH_1 are not updated with latest forms as per Thailand    Tax Authority?

5) Is there option to print the forms IDWTCERT_TH_1 and IDWTCERT_TH_2 in Thai language?
    You have to install the Thai language in your system, then you can just you maintain the Thai translation in transaction SE63 and then execute the form in Thai language.
    Also there is the language option in the report RFIDYYWT to allow certificates to be printed in Thai instead of English?
    Please implement the latest version of this note: 1988668 - IDWTCERT_TH_1 form is incorrect in Thai language.

6) Why the error message "Object TH_HDR_COPY1 and TH_HDR_COPY2 are missing" appears while upgrading the smart form to latest version?
