2255463 - Error when trying to add a candidate to a requisition: "An error occurred while attempting to add candidate to this job."

When a recruiter tries to add a candidate application to a job requisition the following error message displays: "An error occurred while attempting to add candidate to this job."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

One of the reasons the candidate cannot be added to the requisition is that the applicant was anonymized from previous applications, due to Data Retention Management feature.

However, if DRM was not applied to the candidate application in your scenario, it is suggested to contact with a partner/support representative or raise an case on the Support Portal for further investigation.
