2255545 - Changes applied to Job Profile are not copied to new Job Requisition created via Copy Existing Requisition

Symptom

When the user is creating a new Job Requisition using the Copy Existing Job Requisition and selecting one that was created based on Job Profile builder, the changes applied to the Job Profile in the copied job requisition is not copied in the new requisition.

Environment

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Integration with Job Profile Builder - All Versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Job Requisition using family and roles and having a Job Profile linked to the Requisition;
  2. Enter data for Job profile fields;
  3. Duplicate the job requiistion;
  4. Compare the Job Profile contents of the copied requisition with original.

Cause

Cloning of Job Requisition is currently taking Job Profile content from the Job Profile. Therefore, changes applied to the Profile tied to the Job Requisition being copied are not copied to the new Job Requisition

Resolution

A Code fix is being implemented with b1705 Release (per schedule below). With the code fix, Cloning of Job Requisition will take Job Profile content from Source Job Requisition and not the Job Profile.
