2255636 - Error: A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding when trying to save changes in Calibration Templates - Calibration

Symptom

When editing a Calibration Template, after clicking 'Save' a popup appears. When you click 'Yes' on this popup to confirm the changes, the following error message appears:

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

Cause

This issue may be happening because the Calibration Template that you are trying to edit is corrupted.

Resolution

In order to try to solve this issue, please create a new Calibration Template through > Admin Center > Calibration > Manage Calibration Templates.
