2255733 - User Details are not fetched if phone extension is blank in the personnel record

Symptom

Receiving a short dump (see below) in the HR (ECC) plugin system when GRC attempts to fetch user from the HR system for access request in GRC. If the personnel record does not have a phone number (infotype 105, subtype 20) record at all, or if the extension field is populated, the user is fetched properly, but if the personnel record contains a phone number, but the extension is blank, the user is not fetched.
