When trying to add families and roles from SuccessStore, receive an error:

An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=XX, timestamp=XX, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Job Profile Content
3. Select Set Up Families and Roles
4. Select either the Families or Roles tab
5. Select Add Families from SuccessStore or Add Roles From SuccessStore
6. Select Add Family and Roles > Add
7. Receive error

User created SuccessStore families and roles when the company language is not en_US

SuccessStore family and role names are only created in the en_US locale and this is expected behavior. When creating SuccessStore families and roles when the company language is not en_US, the data will still be created but should be deleted since there can be further impacts moving forward. The steps to follow are:

1. Customer deletes any families and roles created through SuccessStore
2. As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage a Certified Partner or create a case with Product Support to assist with this configuration:
1. Log in to Provisioning
2. Select the company name
3. Select Company Settings
4. Locate the Default Language field > change the dropdown to English US (English US) > Save Default Language
5. Enter the company ID > Confirm
3. Customer adds families and roles from SuccessStore again
4. (Optional) Customer can request for Certified Partner or Product Support to change the default language back
