Symptom

You are trying to post a service charge settlement with transaction RESCBC in update mode.

The posting documents are only simulated and message RESCBC 042 "Settlement ... can only be simulated" is raised.

The settlement had been created with mode Simulation (With Subsequent Actual Settlement).
