Customer has the specific language pack enabled for the Instance but this language can't be selected in Recruiting / Career Site.

Reproducing the Issue
If customer has the specific language pack enabled for example: Canadian French
But on the external career site this language can't be selected (is not listed in the dropdown menu)
Cause
The cause of this issue is that the Canadian French language is not enabled in Admin Tools > Manage Recruiting Languages
Resolution
To solve the problem customer has to go to Admin Tools > Manage Recruiting Languages and enable the specific language:
After enabling and saving the change the selected language should appear in the dropdown menu (within 2 hours):
