Symptom
The field "virtual_memory_in_bytes" exists in SQL Server 2008 and not in SQL Server 2012.
In sm21 a dump will appear as follows:
12:12:02 DIA 028 100 SM_EFWK BY 2 Database error 207 at OPC
12:12:02 DIA 028 100 SM_EFWK BY 0 > Invalid column name 'virtual_memory_in_bytes'.
12:12:02 DIA 028 100 SM_EFWK BY 1 Database error 207
12:12:03 DIA 028 100 SM_EFWK BY 2 Database error 207 at OPC
12:12:03 DIA 028 100 SM_EFWK BY 0 > Invalid column name 'virtual_memory_in_bytes'.
12:12:03 DIA 028 100 SM_EFWK BY 1 Database error 207
