2256246 - Error - When trying to complete New Hire Activities - Onboarding

• Error when completing New Hire Manager Activity
• Recommended People - an error has occurred while processing your request
• Schedule Meetings - an error has occurred while processing your request
• Buddy not being Saved

• Onboarding
• Manager - New Hire Activity

This is generally an isolated case that can be resolved by doing the following

Log into BizX

• The "Onboarding Process" file in BizX holds all of the content for their New Hire Activities; here, you can manually edit the Buddy, Recommended People, links, etc
• In Admin Center > Manage Data > select "Onboarding Process" > select "the impacted hire"
• Make sure there is only one Buddy, definition if there is more than one delete them
• Add a Recommended Person
• Save
• Go back to the New Hire Activity for the candidate to confirm you are able to process

If this issue is occurring  with several candidates, open a Cloud Support Ticket for further investigation
