The system is sending the notification to email address in a language other than the user's locale.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Cause
Whenever the system finds the preferences of the user updated on UI, it sends out notification according to that language.
Whenever system is unable to find the preferences of the users associated with the email address it sends out notification in the system's default locale.
Resolution
Go to LMS ADMIN > References > Geography > Locales
Change the default locale to the required locale
