The system is sending the notification to email address in a language other than the user's locale.
Environment
SuccessFactors LMS
Learning Management System
Cause
--> Whenever the system finds the preferences of the user updated on UI, it sends out notification according to that language.
--> Whenever system is unable to find the preferences of the users associated with hte email address it sends out notification in the system's default locale.
Resolution
Go to LMS ADMIN--> References--> Geography--> Locales
Change the default locale to the required locale
