Symptom

End user opens the MS Excel, refreshes the EPM report, error to screen. Report does not return values.
Error Presented to user:

The execution of report Default Report failed. Please contact your administrator.
Bad Request, Server Message, code: UJO_READ_EXCEPTION_018, CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS, MDX Statement error

400 http result at /sap/bpc/query/<name>

Some users able to get results others unable.
