2257014 - Clicking on Review Button in Team Overview gives "null" error message - Performance Management

• If a Manager tries to click the Review button while using Team Overview for PM Form to access the Employee form, he receives an error.
• The URL of the Team Overview page of the clicked form ends with "null"
  For example : https://hcm4preview.sapsf.comnull/ or https://performancemanager5.successfactors.com/null

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Login to SF instance
2. Click on Performance > Team Overview
3. Click on Review button to access PM Form of an employee
4. Receive the error message

In the route map linked to the Performance form, the route map step id contains space character. This space character is causing the error when opening the form from team overview.

The workaround is to change the route map step id name to not use any space characters.

For example, change the step id of manager assessment step from "Manager Review" to "Manager_Review".

Once done, try launching a new form and test if it can be opened from Team overview page.
