2257036 - Message cannot be failed

When trying to Cancel a message in the Message Overview Monitor, one of the error messages below is raised and it is not possible to cancel this message:

1. Message xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx(INBOUND) cannot be failed, because it is not available in the database. 
   
   OR
   
   
2. Message xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx(OUTBOUND) is currently in state DLVD. Cannot be failed because of wrong state.
