2257447 - ECO connection down - Error #13113 and #1027 – SRS

Symptom

Replication to ECO (ExpressConnect for Oracle) is down due to CI version incompatability issue:

ERROR #13113 DSI(747 ORCL.ECO) - seful/cm.c(5125) Failed to obtain a reference to the indicated Connector. See messages from Connector factory for details. Data server make: ora.Connector type: oci.
ERROR #1027 DSI(747 ORCL.ECO) - seful/cm.c(5125) Open Client Client-Library error: Error: -99999, Severity 4 -- 'Version [4.0] of Connector [ora.oci], is incompatible with CI version [4.1]'.
