Symptom

  • RSI at the active site cannot connect to the SRS at the standby site.
  • RSI at active site is getting a "Net-Lib protocol driver call to connect two endpoints failed" error:

    Open Client Client-Library error: Error: 84083972, Severity 5 -- 'ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Lib protocol driver call to connect two endpoints failed', Operating System error 10060 -- 'Failed to connect to the server - Error is 10060 A connection .
    E. 2015/12/09 09:33:10. ERROR #13045 RSI(xxxxx) - seful\cm.c(6035)
    Failed to connect to server 'xxxxx' as user 'xxx_RSI'. See CT-Lib and/or server error messages for more information.
