This KBA contains outdated information and wrong instructions. Please refer to KBA 2518736 for proper instructions on how a service partner can obtain proper authorizations with their S-User ID so they can create support cases on behalf of customer accounts. 

By process, Partner raising cases on the name of customers, reporting an issue from an end customer, and using their own account, will not be handled by Cloud Product Support.
