2258745 - Relaunching an online item from Curricula Tile after completion

- Online item that is a part of curricula cannot be relaunched after completion from curricula tile,

- Online item that is a part of curricula can be relaunched after completion only via learning history,

- Online item which is a part of a requirement for a curricula can be relaunched after completion from curricula tile and from learning history as well,

Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Assign  an online item that is a part of curricula to a user,

2. Assign an online item which is a part of a requirement for a curricula to user,

3. User needs to complete both items,

4. User should try to relaunch an online item that is a part of curricula from curricula tile and content is not relaunched.

5. User should try to relaunch an online item which is a part of a requirement for a curricula from curricula tile and content is relaunched without issues.

6. User should assign an online item that is a part of curricula to himself/herself again,

7. User should try to relaunch an online item that is a part of curricula via learning history and that is done without issues.

 1. If there is no retraining period for an item within a curricula, it can only be accessed, once completed, via Learning History and it is the standard system behaviour because the item has already been completed, it has to reassigned in order to re-launch,

2. For an item which is a part of a requirement for a curricula, the item can be re-launched without any issues and retraining period.
Being a part of requirement affects this behaviour because choosing from courses in requirements is the same as picking from the catalogue – once user has access to the catalogue that contains these items he can re- launch them as many times as needed.

To avoid problems with relaunching an online items from learning history, the following steps should be done:

1.  Assign item that is a part of curricula and has no associated retraining period again to user after completion and access it via Learning History, not via curricula tile, 

2. Relaunch an online item that is a part of requirement within curricula again from curricula tile or learning history tile.
