2258792 - Maintenance Plan Scheduling: Short Dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X in CX_OPR_SCHEDULE

Symptom

Termination MESSAGE_TYPE_X is triggered when scheduling a Maintenance Plan (IP10, IP30 or RISTRA20 batch job). The termination will be triggered if the system tries to schedule a call object later than the maximum permitted date in scheduling: the 19th of January 2048
